Travelling by car

​

Our nearest car park is NCP Frances Street, just across the road from the shop.  There is a gate at the back of the carpark with direct access on to Hallgate opposite SL Guitar Works.  The carpark address is: 1 Frances St, Doncaster DN1 1JD . ​​​

​​​Free on road parking: If you don't mind a short walk (under 5 minutes) you can park for up to 2 hours on Thorne Road which surrounds Powerhouse Christchurch (seen as a triangle on the map opposite). Neighbouring Regent Square also has free on road parking for up to two hours.

By Train

Walking Directions from Doncaster Train Station and Interchange to SL Guitar Works, 61 Hallgate, Doncaster.

Approximate walking time: 6-8 minutes
Distance: Around 0.3 miles / 500 metres

1. Exit Doncaster Railway Station via the main entrance onto Station Court.

2. Walk towards the Frenchgate Centre and continue straight ahead onto West Street.

3. Follow West Street for approximately 300 metres.

4. Continue past the junction with Trafford Way.

5. Turn left onto Hall Gate.

6. Continue along Hall Gate until you reach 61 Hall Gate on the left-hand side.

The route is fully walkable via paved town-centre streets and is mostly flat.

By Bus

61 Hall Gate is conveniently located in Doncaster town centre and is easily accessible by local bus services.

Most town centre and regional bus routes stop at or near the nearby Frenchgate Interchange, which is only a short 3–5 minute walk from our premises.

Walking from Frenchgate Interchange

1. Exit the bus station towards the town centre.

2. Walk along West Street.

3. Turn left onto Hall Gate.

4. Continue to 61 Hall Gate.
